Great office! Dr. Gates is very detail oriented and truly cares about his clients. He even called to check on me the night after I got my braces on to check on my pain levels. My only feedback would be that the office is definitely set up for a more pediatric population. As an adult, there were times I got frustrated by not feeling like I had time to ask all the questions or raise concerns during adjustments because they are on a tight timeline. I would still recommend this office though! Payment options are great, and I’m very happy with my ultimate outcome.

Dr.Gates is excellent and we highly recommend to all our friends and family! He has extensive knowledge and experience and can handle all types of complexities. He’s honest and direct and takes time to explain options/ pros and cons. All of the staff are welcoming and warm and made our kids feel very comfortable throughout the process. We appreciate the entire staff at round rock ortho so much!!!

Dr. Gates and Will Granger were amazing! The entire office atmosphere was very friendly and welcoming. I appreciated the breakdown of everything and cost with Will. 10/10

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Gates and Will. From the very beginning, they were incredibly welcoming and made me feel comfortable and at ease. They both took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment plan in a way that was clear, detailed, and easy to understand. I truly appreciated how patient and informative they were, answering all of my questions and making sure I felt confident about the next steps. Their professionalism, knowledge, and warm approach made a big difference in my overall experience. I’m very grateful for their care and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a supportive and informative medical team.

Had such an amazing experience. From the time I walked in until the time I left. I went in for a braces consult post shoulder surgery. My arm was in a sling and I couldn’t fill out my medical history forms so the front desk offered and took their time to write for me and go over my medical history prior to my appointment. Will the treatment coordinator listened to my needs and got to know me as a person and patient. I didn’t feel like I was being treated like a number. When Dr. Gates came in after reviewing my photos and x rays he listened with care and compassion. He made recommendations from a professional standpoint to help me make an informed decision. I never felt rushed by any of the staff members everyone took their time and it’s such a great feeling when you walk into an office and they all welcome you like family. I came in for a consult and the same day I’m leaving with braces. Thank you for such a great experience round rock orthodontics!
